Business System Improvement Manager The Business System Improvement Manager (BSIM) will be responsible for identifying, leading, and implementing business process systems improvements to remove waste, improve quality, reduce cost, and drive operational excellence. The primary focus of the position is to drive improvements and increased utilization of the ERP software, but could expand to other business systems.

  4. Duties and Responsibilities - Assume ownership and manage multiple continuous improvement projects.- Develop continuous improvement project ideas which will reduce business system waste, improve �office� productivity (sales/employee), and enhance utilization of the ERP system.- �Shadow� ERP users to assist in generating continuous improvement project ideas.- Assist employees to find root cause and develop corrective actions.- Lead meetings to review project status.- Calculate and track project savings as required.- Present and promote project results to employees.- Partners with other employees to implement on processes/procedures in an effort to achieve operational excellence.- Facilitates employee training of newly implemented processes and procedures.- Train employees on the ERP system�range from simple orientation to new modules to custom programming.- Provides historical reference by updating or creating ISO business processes, work instructions, or forms.- Pursues continuous personal development on relevant ERP software through seminars, user group forums, personal networks, or professional societies.- Acts as primary liaison on technical inquiries and overall priorities between EBO Group, Inc. and software consultants/partners as it relates to ERP system.
