Status Subatech EMCal • Design - All fabrication drawings of EMCal Modules, StripModules, SuperModules, edited by Subatech. - Database of all EMCal 3D models and fabrication drawings managed by Subatech. - Design + prototypes fabrication of TCards, GTL boards, and IPCBs. - Measurements of friction coefficient of BondPaper. • General Equipment - Insertion Tooling of SuperModules into ALICE designed, built and qualified by Insertion test of SuperModule at CERN by Subatech. - Design + prototype fabrication of StripModule assembly tooling. - Design + prototype fabrication of pneumatic compression device. - Survey marks for EMCal mounted on Calfframe. • Components procurement - Straps : tender for fabrication of EU straps, selection of companies for StrapFlanges and laser welding ofstraps, management of StrapFlanges production. - Fabrication of StrongBacks on the way. - Fabrication of carriages for SuperModules finished.
