  1. The Boy Who Tricked the Tooth Fairy By: Brittney Smith

  2. Once upon a time , there was a four year old boy named Tracy.

  3. Tracy is an ordinary boy with a big imagination!

  4. One day while outside with his paw-paw Johnny, Tracy found a tooth! But they didn’t know where it came from.

  5. So, Tracy and paw- paw Johnny set out on an adventure to find the owner of the tooth.

  6. They searched high and low. They asked all the animals they passed if the tooth belonged to them. They of course said No.

  7. Then they found the owner. The tooth belonged to Max the deer!

  8. Max told Tracy that he could keep his tooth because he was getting a new one soon.

  9. That night when Tracy got ready for bed, he quickly put the tooth under his pillow for the tooth fairy.

  10. His mommy asked him “Tracy what are you doing?”

  11. Tracy explained to his mommy what had happened that day and how he was going to put it under his pillow to trick the tooth fairy for money!

  12. Mommy just shook her head and laughed. She didn’t think it would work.

  13. When Tracy woke up the next morning, he found a letter where the tooth had been. From: Tooth Fairy

  14. It read: Dear Tracy, That was a clever trick you tried to play on me. You see, I am very old! I have seen all the tricks in the book. You can’t fool me. I will make you a deal. I want you to take extra good care of your teeth. If you do, when you lose them I will give you one dollar for each tooth! Remember to brush and floss everyday. Love Always, The Tooth Fairy

  15. At the bottom of Tracy’s letter there laid one shiny nickel.
