After a serious crisis in 1999 he started in 2002 as a trainee within the di.hako-group, became production assistant, specialist, foreman, head of department and in 2009 works manager ‘industrial assembly’. ‘Sure, it was hard after many years being a manager starting as a trainee again. But in my situation at that time I understood it as a great chance!’
