  5. Camfel Productions • 8th grade – showtime is 9:00 • 7th grade – showtime is 10:00 • 6th grade – showtime is 10:50 This show lasts approximately 30-35 minutes in the auditorium. Announcements will be made for each grade level.

  9. 6th Grade Field Trip to George Mason University Members of the Trailblazer Team should walk QUIETLY  and ORDERLY to the Cafeteria as soon as the Moment of Silence and  Pledge of Allegiance are completed and Mr. Waldman cues you to meet your chaperone & group in the CAFETERIA.

  11. TJ Prep Classes will be held after school on the following Wednesday’s in ART2 (Spectrum Room): Nov. 14th Nov. 28th

  12. Willy Wonka, Jr. Auditions Auditions will be held November 12th, 13th, and 14th, with call-backs on November 15th and 16th.   Students who submitted the Audition Form on time and attended the mandatory meetings should have received an assigned time slot via email.

  14. The SMMS PTA and Library are hosting an early morning “Breakfast with Books,” where students and parents can shop the SMMS Scholastic book fair, enjoy sweet pastries and sit and read together.

  15. “Breakfast with Books” will be held before school tomorrow, November 13th from 7:30 a.m to 8:30 a.m. Please come and join us for an early morning of “Breakfast with Books”.

  24. Recycle your old printer cartridges here and help raise money for Smart’s Mill.

  25. For every printer cartridge we recycle, we get $2.00 store credit at Staples. That can add up to a lot of school supplies for our teachers and staff!!!

  26. Grab your scissors and keep an eye out for the Box Tops for Education logo on the products you use every day. For every Box Top you clip, our school will receive 10 cents. That may not sound like a lot, but it adds up quickly.

  27. Bring your Box Tops for Education to your Focus teacher.  The focus group that collects the most will get a prize provided by the PTA
