  16. Prosecution Discontinued • 16th May 2001“As a result of a review undertaken by the Crown Prosecution Service and senior Treasury Counsel the prosecution case against persons arrested for terrorist offences under Operation ODIN was discontinued. There was no criticism of police action.”

Present Situation • Mustapha LABSI - re-arrested on an extradition warrant and in custody pending extradition by the French authorities. • Amar MAKHLULIF @ Abu DOHA - re-arrested on an extradition warrant and in custody pending extradition by the United States authorities. • All others released
