  8. TripPASS approval process Traveler calls an agent or uses the online system to book their travel. BizTalk Booking information is retrieved from the Supplier. BizTalk executes a separate orchestration for the booking. 1

  9. TripPASS approval process The travel request is checked by HRG’s quality control system to ensure reservation accuracy based on the company’s travel policy. Test is been done using the Quality control web service API. 2

  10. TripPASS approval process • An email is created by TripPASS and sent to1 or multiple travel approvers. • Email is completely customizable • Contains all air, car, hotel, and rail information • Email is compatible with major email clients and internet capable mobile devices 3

  13. TripPASS approval process The Travel Approver receives the email created by HRG’s TripPass in their email program. 4

  14. TripPASS approval process The approver can either “Approve” or “Decline” the booking by clicking one of the buttons provided. BizTalk Upon rejection a cancellation process is initiated. 5
