INFERENCE STRUCTURE : II1Requirement/Goal/Objective • Listening------- be able to listen and understand the contents which are in the normal speed. • Speaking ------- be able to communicate with the native speakers and understand 90% of the contents. • Reading -------the reading speed can reach to 120-160 words/minutes, and understand up to 80%. • Writing -------- be able to write a good essay about 250-300 words in an hour. • Translating --------be able to translate 230-280 words /hour.
