  4. Good Public Relations • Safe driving displays professionalism and respect from the public • Show courtesy • Keep vehicles clean • Initiate and maintain public information programs

  5. Bad Public Relations • Improper languages; gestures • Impatience in dealing with the public • Unkempt appearance

  6. Seat Adjustment • Use seat belt • Proper hand positioning • Legs slightly bent at knees • Proper seat height
