OUR ROLE IN RETAIL • To establish and enhance Quality Standards within the Supplier base. • To assist with Product Innovation within the Supplier base. • To drive Technical Innovation within the Supplier base. • To establish a World Wide Network on technology, ingredients and raw materials. • To nurture and build strong Supplier relationship

  4. OPPORTUNITIES IN RETAIL – WW • Process technologist • Supplier maintenance • Store technologist • Auditing • Distribution center technologist (QC’s)

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS • We work on facts and not emotion • We are professionals and therefore we will remain professional all the times with colleagues, industry and suppliers • Must be the right person for the job – display pride and deal with respect • Must have a CAN do attitude and are not part of the “sales prevention team” – we are here to deliver and aid sales with integrity
