  1. Need a transcript? Get yours in 4 simple steps.

  2. Step 1 • Go to the Registrar’s Office (across the hall from the main office) between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

  3. (For Out-of-Towners) Step 1 • Download and print a Transcript Request Form • Complete the form. • Mail the request and check or money order ($1 per transcript) to:Registrar Ray High School 1002 Texan Trail Corpus Christi, TX 78411

  4. Step 2 • Fill out the Student Record Release Authorization form.

  5. Step 3 • Complete the Form. In order to send your transcript to another school, you must fill out a Student Record Release Authorization Form and include the address of where you want the document mailed. Please Note: School staff may not hand out official transcripts. Official transcripts my be mailed to destination school or electronically submitted to destination school. Keep this in mind when considering deadlines.

  6. Step 4 • Pay the Fee. Obtaining your transcript is free the first time you request it, but any additional request is $1.
