  2. hidden • it is an ADJECTIVE • it means when you can’t see something; out of sight. To be placed or put where someone cannot see it. Example: The shoes were hidden in the closet.

  3. force • it is an NOUN • it means a strong, natural power that produces a great change in something Example: The force of the wind destroyed the house.

  4. horse • it is an NOUN • it’s an animal with four legs that eats grass. We horses for sports or transportation. Example: The shoes were hidden in the closet.

  5. earthquake • it is an NOUN • it’s when the Earth suddenly shakes very hard. Example: The earthquake destroyed the city.

  6. tsunami • it is an NOUN • it’s a large tidal wave caused by an underwater earthquake Example: The tsunami caused the deaths of many people.

  7. city • it is an NOUN • It’s a large place where many people live and work Example: The city of Chicago is one of the largest in the USA.

  8. beautiful • it is an ADJECTIVE • it means very pretty Example: The baby is very beautiful.

  9. palace • it is an NOUN • it’s a building where a king and queen (royalty) live Example: Buckingham Palace is in London, England.

  10. gates • it is an NOUN • they are doors used to close the openings in walls or fences Example: The gates of the zoo close at 6 pm.

  11. strong • it is an ADJECTIVE • it means having much force or power Example: There are strong winds when a hurricane hits.

  12. soldier • it is an NOUN • it ‘s a person who serves in an army Example: The soldiers protect the country.

  13. enemies • it is an NOUN • A person or group that tries to harm another group Example: The Penguin and Joker are Batman’s enemies.

  14. prisoner • it is an NOUN • it ‘s a person who is not free or has been taken by the enemy Example: The prisoner was kept in jail for a long time.

  15. attack • it is an NOUN • it means to begin a fight against the enemy Example: The soldiers attacked the city.

  16. secret • it is an NOUN • it means to keep information from other people; hidden information Example: My friend told me a secret that I can’t tell anyone else.

  17. trick • it is an NOUN • something done to mislead, cheat or fool others. Example: Magicians trick us into thinking that what they do is real.

  18. inside • it is an PREPOSITION • it means the part within, the inner surface Example: The shoes were inside the box.
