  1. Obinna Dike Citi Experienced Software Engineer Obinna Dike, a Citi professional, is an experienced software engineer with several years of experience. He has managed a number of projects from beginning to end and, through his position with Citigroup in the Greater New York Area, he developed the Active Rate Management (ARM) platform. Today, a portion of his duties includes providing support to American and European ARM users.
