  2. The Company The History: Praetorian Protective Services was founded in 2012 by Ekaterina Franco-Tentiouk, Paul J.Franco, and Michael J. Mallon Jr. With time the company grew in size and soon entered the Houston West Chamber of Commerce as a ranked member in 2013. With its membership came new opportunities and so this family owned business is now slowly growing and continuing its progress towards success. The Service: The services that are provided are of Security basis. With our Consulting we focus on any and all liability from security breaches to the lack of a wet floor sign. Our Security Concierge diverges into two branches: Executive Protection and Specific Event Security.

  3. Company Statement • Our team has extensive experience in law enforcement, corporate security, personal protection, security force management, and security force training. • Our mission is to provide our clients with unbiased security consulting, and to help them implement integrated security strategies so they can focus on what is most important– running their business. • As business owners, we respect our clients’ time and budget. We pride ourselves on providing unbiased assessments, and therefore do not sell or have affiliate relationships with security systems or products. • We do offer our clients a list of preferred security system manufacturers, system dealers and installers, and providers of other ancillary services. • Praetorian Protective Services operates under the following code of conduct: • Integrity: We are honest in our dealings with our clients. We will never sell you something you don’t need; we will, however, be comprehensive in our analysis and recommendations. We uphold the law and keep your best interest at heart. • Excellence: Your security is our business. From our years in law enforcement and security management, we know that the difference between life and death is in the details. Even the smallest detail does not go overlooked. Our assessments, protective services, and training are performed to the highest standards in the industry. • Loyalty: We are loyal to our clients and our values. We see our work through to completion, never compromising the quality of our service. We work hard to please our clients, and because of this, our loyalty is reciprocated. With the continued prosperity of the company we are governed in our Safety Procedures and our Policies by the Texas Department of Public Safety (TDPS)

  5. THE OFFICE

  6. THE JOB As an Associate of the company my range of work is not only diverse but also involved. The true job requirements are to be an intelligent and efficient person, who can effectively communicate at networking events and talk his way out of a situation that could become volatile. People in my position would have at least 2-4 years of experience in Security, Police or Military if not more. My personal workload includes networking, aiding with any an all paperwork, followed by being the social aspect of any fundraisers that we participate. Following that the focus of my work is mainly socialization and contacts with possible and future clients, as well as the gathering of information and learning how to run the company in the future.

  7. A Day on the Job • The day is usually sporadic. • I can have a day of nothing to do to a day when there is hardly room to breath. • I am not always in the office, but I am always on call. • During times when we have a contract with a client and paperwork or even just help at a consultation is needed I make myself available. • On days of events it’s a day where planning is always key between double-triple-quadruple checks and just preparing for socialization and networking the day is never dull. • In all reality I don’t have an official work schedule, but like many Corporate Officers I am always on call and ready to work.

  10. My EXPERIENCE With the company moving and growing memorable experiences are not hard to come by. From celebrating Churchill's Birthday with the British American Business Consul to simply working a fundraiser for The Houston West Chamber. My experiences are memorable and many stand out. But probably the most memorable was our official opening day. That day any an all our friends contacts even future clients came to the office to officially see us open our doors. And as I watched it all progress as the company Mascot standing proud in Praetorian Armor I realized that not only is life a place to prosper and grow but the hardships that people have to suffer through always pay off. So, I am thankful for the experiences, the knowledge, the friends, and the future contacts I have acquired while I work with Praetorian Protective Services.

  11. MY Memories My experience here has taught me many valuable lessons. Between the on the job experiences and the lessons I have received from all my supervisors I look forward to a bright future indeed. With the knowledge and experience I have gained and continue gaining, I plan to take my knowledge into the future and use it not only in my everyday life, but as well as my career as an oil and maritime lawyer. My sole remaining aspect is that one day I will become the new head of the company and with my past and future experiences lead it on a successful path.
