  7. Bed types effect room area: • Twin: 100/200 • Double: 150/200 • Queen: 165/200 • King: 200/200 • Corridors must be at least 1.5 – 1.8 m in width • Handicapped rooms (1%-2%) ground floor • Doors must be at least 81.5 cm clear opening
