  2. Jimmy usually starts his day off by doing some morning cardio and having a healthy breakfast before work. Today he slept in. What will he do? Grab some fast food on the way Skip breakfast Grab a low fat yoghurt and a piece of fruit

  3. Jimmy decides he will go see what McDonalds has to offer for breakfast, what will he choose? Sausage and egg mcmuffinwith a hash brown Coffee and a blueberry muffin Ham and tomato toasted sandwich on multigrain bread

  4. Jimmy is now introduced to a love for blueberry muffins, he ends up gaining a further 5kg and giving up on his journey. Try again

  5. The high saturated fat content in his meal was too damaging on his heart, Jimmy gives up on his journey after being taken to hospital with a heart attack. Try again

  6. After skipping breakfast, Jimmy struggles to find energy during work. He gets fired due to his lack of enthusiasm and drowns his sorrows in sweets. He gains weight and does not continue his weight loss journey. Try again

  7. Lunch time comes and Jimmy realises he also forgot to bring food to work, what will he do? Get the burger and chips from the cafe Get a grilled chicken salad from the cafe Skip lunch

  8. After skipping lunch, Jimmy finds himself too hungry to cope. He skips his workout after work and binges on ice-cream instead. He gives up on his journey after gaining weight. Try again

  19. When Jimmy arrives at the bar, he is surprised to see a group of his friends there. They're all trying to peer pressure him into having a drink, what will he do? Explain to them he isn’t drinking, he will just have water Accept their offer and have a beer Have vodka and diet soda

  20. Jimmy’s friends keep shouting him beer, he does not decline and ends up drinking all night. He ends up gaining weight and gives up on his journey. Try again

  21. After underestimating the effect of vodka, Jimmy ends up drinking more than he can handle. He ends up at McDonalds and eats a family sized meal. He ends up gaining weight and gaining weight. Try again
