  3. How it all began • 1. EU Comett/Leonardo, teacher expert in Italy, 1992 –94 ( also students of Tampere Polytechnic(pilot) • 2. EU Erasmus Environmental Engineering exchange programme 1994 – 1996, continues as Socrates • 3. EU Socrates, students and techers • 4. EU Leonardo, students practical training • 5. NordPlus since 2001

Collaborative parties • Double Degree with Hannover, Wolfenbuttel,Trondheim, Valladolid • NordPlus ( student, staff) exchange with Reykjavik, Akureyri,Trondheim * Erasmus partners with Universities of Glamorgan (Wales) Algarve (Portugal), Della Tuscia and Vergata (Italy), Bordeux (France), etc. * Other partners for instance in Murmansk, Kaunas etc.

  5. Yearly activities • Organising special action days such as the World Water Day celebrations yearly on 22.3. • Collaboration with TAVi, assisting at conferences and env. events • Collaboration with Moreenia, special projects
