  2. Master Bedroom A lovely, warm, cosy room that lights the house up. This room is perfect for a couple that needs there sleep. Have you always wanted a perfect night or do you just want to relax and enjoy your time? Well here is the room for you!!!

  3. The Master Bedroom En-Suit. This is the en-suit for the master bedroom. It features: Shower area Toilet (To let) Sink Cream Carpets Excavator fan Mirror This room comprises with the master bedroom.

  4. The Living Room This living room is the most excellent feature in the house. It has SKY +HD and a 26 inch analogue TV. It has been kept in a high and good standard.

  5. The Master Bathroom This bathroom is a luxury and standard bath with shower compartment and sink. This is suitable for people who likes baths.

  7. Water: • We are currently on a water metre. To save water we limit 1 bath a week per person. In the new year we will have the availability of a water butt.

  8. Entrance: • Entrance for the property is at the front. PLEASE take your shoes off at the matt.

  9. Bedroom Rules: • You are responsible for cleaning your own bedrooms.

  10. WIFI • Our Wi-Fi is free for all users.
