  1. Muiderslot Castle

  2. My castle was built in the 1200’s in the Netherlands. It was made out of stone all over. The main builder and owner of Muiderslotcastle was Count Floris V. There were many other owners of the castle though too. P.C. Hooft , was a painter and always had his friends over. To make it more inviting and beautiful. He added onto the gardens and plum orchard. Floris V. and P.C. Hooftwere both owners of Muiderslot castle .

  3. My castle has many things but my favorites are the PLUM ORCHARD ,the DONGOEN, the MOAT, the STAIR CASE, and the FALCONRY.

  4. The stair case was a special stair case. It was hard for right handed people to aim going up. The stairs were also uneven so it was hard to get up. The moat was very protective for the castle. It was also used as a toll on traders. It was connected to a river that many traders needed to go to.The dungeon was used for prisoners. It had changes and whips in it too.The falconry was were Floris V. kept all of his falcons. He used them for hunting. They had a big field that they would live on and had almost like little tents to stay in.The plum orchard was one of the gardens. It had wonderful plum trees, flowers, bushes and many more.

  5. I found my castle very interesting and super cool and I hope you did too. I found most of my information on the Muiderslot castle Wikipedia, Google, the Muiderslot Castle App and Google.
