  16. Score 45 + You are either a very insecure principal or you have the only institution that is perfect. I would suggest you go back and have a real look at what is happening before the inspectors give you a shock Use Demonstrating Transformation to check your answers

  17. Less than 20 I can hear you crying from here. I would suggest you remove all sharp objects from your institution and concentrate on keeping staff suicides to a minimum. The inspectors may like your college so much they may decide to let another college run it Use Demonstrating Transformation at Senior Management level to kick start the institution into a new awakening

  18. 20 - 45 Most of us are in this group. Areas of good practice with some areas doing very well. Need to raise awareness, support staff through the changes, be positive and invest wisely Use Demonstrating Transformation to highlight areas and to make managers aware of the direction required
