Project scope
Project Scope

  • Migrating the state’s existing portal and content management system to a newer, more powerful platform that will entail:

    • Migrate from Vignette V/6 (TCL) to IBM WebSphere Portal Server and IBM/Lotus Web Content Management (ILWCM)

    • Migrate approximately 125 sites representing 18 State Agencies

    • Migrate approximately 400,000 content items of which 185,000 are General Content (press releases, news articles, FAQs, links, etc.)

    • Migrate Civil Service Commission’s eHR content management application to WebSphere Portal
