  5. Types of Insomnia • Transient Insomnia- You have it for less than a week. • Acute Insomnia- Have it for less than a month. • Chronic Insomnia- Lasts for longer than a month.

  6. Treatment Treatment: • Cognitive Therapy • Follow the rules of good sleep hygiene Tips: • Take a warm bath • Get a massage • Listen to music
