  6. 5106. failure to report in-juries by firearm or criminal act • 1) medical personal must report aforementioned if: • self-inflicted / other inflicted & SBI / death • inflicted as a result of crime (summary) • 2) bodily injury if it is a domestic dispute • 3) immunity granted to medical personnel • 4) physician / patient privilege waived
