Antitrust Admonition ANTITRUST ADMONITION ERCOT strictly prohibits Market Participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, Subcommittees and Working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each Market Participant attending ERCOT meetings. If you have not received a copy of these Guidelines, copies are available at the Client Relations desk. Updates / Questions / Reminders • FIP/FOP • Migration testing failed • Migration of FIP/FOP integration to EDS delayed until MMS4 • ERCOT will set FIP / FOP at: • FIP: 10.00 • FOP: 20.00 • Environment Outages • 6/16 – 6/19 – LMP Reports not displaying properly – Database failures cause publishing process to stop. Will be resolved in a later release of MIR. • 6/17 08:00AM – 08:15AM MIS unavailable due to failed migration the previous evening • 6/18 2:15PM – 04:15PM MMS Unavailable – DB Issue to be resolved in emergency migration on 6/20. • 6/18 7:00PM – 7:40PM MMS Unavailable – DB Issue to be resolved in emergency migration on 6/20 • 6/18 11:00PM – 6/19 9:00AM LMP’s Static – Bad configuration on a CC telemetered from MP – caused SCED to fail. Updates / Questions / Reminders • MP-15 now being updated weekly • MP-15: MP EDS-3 Trials Participation • These metrics will be based on the dashboard published to readiness center on a weekly basishttp://nodal.ercot.com/readiness/eds3/documents/index.html • Primary scorecard will lag behind readiness center by approx 1 week • Review the readiness center to determine submissions status • Note that ERCOT system issues will not reflect on scorecard • Participation metrics will not turn red on minor submission issues • GREEN • 95%+ online resources have COP and TPO or OS • 95%+ off resource have COP in place with one of the following statuses:ONDSR, ONOS, ONDSRREG, ONOSREG, ONTEST, ONEMR, ONRR, OFF, OUT, OFFNS, EMR • AMBER • 70% - 94% (same as above) • RED • < 70% (same as above) http://nodal.ercot.com 6

Limits during test period 6/19, 9am – 1pm • GTBD within 2000-3000MW of HDL (plenty of room). • Four missed SCED intervals 11:35am -11:50am due to database connection issues. • As GTBD increases, likelihood of dispatching to a unit’s HSL increases. • Importance of extending EOC to HSL especially on hot days. http://nodal.ercot.com 7

Reference LMPs Vs GTBD (6/19) • No $1000 reference LMP or extreme ( > +/- $1000) maximum and minimum LMPs • One constraint implemented for all but first interval of test, resulting in price separation • LMPs very steady around $82 for first hour and $115 for last three hours • Drop in max LMP to $141 for two intervals; $700 max LMP for last several intervals http://nodal.ercot.com 8

LFC 6.3 Update – System Wide Test • System Wide Test Updates: • ERCOT will be reviewing system conditions, ICCP data and Market Submissions each evening before the three test dates and early the morning of each potential test date • ERCOT will make a decision on whether the test will take place each morning based on the quality of MP data and system forecasts. • ERCOT will extend the DAM submission window to 18:00 each day next week. • Local Congestion management techniques will be used to manage all Congestion, including Zonal Congestion, on the day of the System-wide 2-Hour LFC Test. • ERCOT will alter the handling of system constraints in Zonal beginning two hours before the start of the System-wide 2-Hour LFC Test, continuing until one hour beyond the end of the test. http://nodal.ercot.com 10

LFC 6.3 Update – System Wide Test • Recap of the WebEx on 6/11 • 6/16  MP’s to closely monitor ICCP data and resolve issues • 6/23  Week of 2 hour System Wide Test • ICCP will continue to be closely monitored • Energy Offer Curves or Output Schedules are in place for all online resources • Ensure that appropriate staff are available on the target test days • Day of Test • ERCOT will notify market that test will occur on the date of the test • A market notice will be sent out confirming that the test will occur on that date • ERCOT Control Center will issue instruction • LFC Primary Contact (non control room personnel) should dial into the conference bridge (conference bridge will be sent to primary LFC contacts) • QSE should begin preparing for cutover to Nodal • ERCOT will instruct QSE’s when to do this • Do not cutover to Nodal until ERCOT issues instruction (from ERCOT’s control room) • Hotline call will be placed once all QSE’s are switched over • ERCOT will initiate process to cut QSE’s back to zonal • ERCOT will instruct QSE’s when to do this • Do not return to Zonal until ERCOT issues instruction (from ERCOT’s control room) http://nodal.ercot.com 11
