Other core interventions to be delivered over the next 17 months • Malaria indicator survey 2010, Health facility survey 2009 • Drug efficacy study 2009 • Insecticide efficacy study 2009 • Revision of guidelines ( malaria diagnosis and treatment guide line, malaria epidemic prevention and control (2003), integrated (IRS+ITN) vector control, and malaria communication guideline). • Finalization of National Malaria prevention, Control and Elimination Strategy (2010- 2015) • Malaria risk Mapping • Community empowerment and social mobilization • Strengthen HEP through training, supportive supervision, etc
