  1. A 20 years old female ,she was admitted for” acute onset the left visual decrease, erythema and scale on the face, trunk, and upper extremties 1 month” Present illness

  2. Present illness Three months ago, the patient flet left eye eyesight decrease suddenly, only light feeling,she can not distinguish the number of fingers more than one meter. So she came to "kunming love's eye hospital"for help

  3. Left eye FFA shown • A large number of cotton linter spots ,bleeding and necrotic foci around optic nerve head.The retinal arteries were very fine and the retinal veins were dilated.

  4. Left eye OCT shows :macular area is edema

  5. Treatment • triamcinolone acetonide injected into Intravitreal

  6. One month ago ,there were erythema and scale on the face, trunk, and upper extremties without inducement associated with slightly itching. Then the skin lesion aggravated and hair loss. • Two weeks ago ,she had a fever.The fever was irregularly, the maximum was 38 ℃, with no other symptoms.After the theraph of antibiotics at the other hospital (unknown), no relief. After 1 week relief itself, but lesions persisted.

  7. No oral ulcer,no arthragia. His past history was negative Past medical history: no special. Deny family have similar history
