Beginning his career in Food and Beverage for Oceanic Cruise Ships, Neil slowly worked his way to hotel director and manager roles. Now as an owner of 6 upscale Italian restaurants and the Nottoway Plantation in Louisiana, Neil Castaldi has seen immense success in his hospitality ventures by valuing customer experience and team collaboration.

Neil Castaldi Nottoway Plantation The Hotel Director As a Hotel Director, Neil Castaldi Nottoway Plantation has overseen the general management, expansion and development of large scale and diverse properties. Neil acted as General Manager of the Valley Forge Hilton a property with 400 rooms and a 150,000 square foot convention center. Neil was also Managing Director at Tamiment Golf & Ski Resort. Finally, he also acted as General Manager of Adams Mark Hotel, a 600 room upscale convention hotel in North Carolina.
