  3. Versions • Easy Mail: 2 ports, 120 minutes of flash memory, 24 mailboxes. • FonoMail 2000 Wall-mount (Flash): 2 or 4 ports, up to 6 hours of flash memory. Options include external modem and ethernet connection for web based mailbox management and unified messaging. • FonoMail 2000 Wall-mount (HD): 4, 6 or 8 ports with hard disk. Options includes external modem and ethernet connection. • FonoMail Rack (19 inches): 4, 6 or 8 ports with hard disk, internal modem, ethernet connection (web based mailbox management and unified messaging). Automatic Attendant II • FonoMail 2000 receives the caller with a greeting message, offers the possibility of transferring to an extension, to a department or of using the alphabetic directory. • If the Call Screening feature is activated, the caller must give his/her name and the extension owner may choose to accept or reject the call. • If the call is not answered or is rejected, the caller is given the option of leaving a message in a confidential mailbox, contacting another extension or contacting the operator.   6. * According to version Voice Mail: Notification • All unanswered calls are automatically transferred to the voice mail unit which then greets the caller with the personal message of that particular extension and offers the possibility of leaving a message in the corresponding mailbox • Various methods are available to notify the user of the reception of a message: Extension: Call, message lamp, display, change in off-hook tone. Remote: Call is made to a fixed number, Cellphone...   11. ** * Multimedia PC According to version Unified Messaging When the E-mail notification* parameter is configured, the user receives an e-mail either with the vocal message attached or which simply informs that a message has been received.   14. Web Based Management III The user is able to comfortably change the mailbox configuration via the PC screen. For example: To change the message used or the type of remote notification.

  16. A customized configuration may be established for each individual mailbox. • The administrator has access to on-screen statistics. Administrator Web Based Management The system administrator has access to the general and global parameters via LAN/Internet.

Programming • Installation Wizard for quick installation of standard settings (Windows 98, 2000 or NT, XP) • Windows based setup program • Graphic Applications Generator (GUI) for the development of customized applications • Different programs may be activated according to the day, date and time (e.g day mode, night mode ...) • A weekly or yearly calendar is created to define the daily operating modes • Bank holidays and feast days may be programmed to form part of the calendar

  18. Customization • The FonoMail 2000 setup program enables the simple creation of customized, primary level auto attendants and voice response applications • More advanced applications may be created using the Graphic User Interface (GUI)

  19. Statistics • A set of counters is available to track the number of times different events occur (e.g messages left, options selected...) • This information may be presented either as text or in graphical format
