  3. Research & Create Using the graph like you see below, you will be asked to develop an events and picture evolution of one specific Winter Mountain Recreation Activity that can be enjoyed in the Canadian Rockies. 1900’s 2014 1980’s 1900 Present Downhill ski

  4. Original Poster Making Using the information you researched on your winter activity, create a poster comparing two periods in time. The example to the left shows skiing in England now and in 1982. You can compare them between 1900 and present. The poster shows many details, including a picture that gives a visual look on the differences. Be original, and have fun!

  8. Your job is to find the best and worst video for a certain winter recreation activity.

  9. SELL, SELL, SELLL!!!! How would you get your peer group interested in the activities in your favourite video? If you were to market the activity, how would you do it? Pick an outdoor winter activity and SELL it to your classmates. You can do a skit or re-enact a video clip.
