  2. Final Report 1:2 • Formatting • Combine the progress reports to give one single report encompassing all the work you have done. • Make sure the headings, numbering systems for figures and tables etc. are consistent. • Rearrange paragraphs if necessary to make the report as homogeneous as possible. • Remember to include EH&S sections.

  3. Final Report 2:2 • Formatting (Continued) • Include final transmittal letter, executive summary, distribution of work and overall conclusion. • Submit three(3) copies of the final report in the boxes by the Department Front Desk. • Two copies should be bound normally • One copy submitted in 3-ring binder (I will provide) • Boxes will be have labels with the names of the reviewers. • There will be a separate box for team evaluation forms. • Report is due April 20!!

  4. Oral Presentation 1:4 • Schedule By reviewer Lee Daniel 5 points extra credit for attending

  5. Oral Presentation 2:4 • General Information • External reviewers • Robert Kline, Eastman Chemical (unconfirmed) • David Webster, Ark Resources LLC (unconfirmed) • Possibly others • Resumes posted on class webpage • Still finalizing internal departmental reviewer • Also may have ENGR 1110 and CHEN 3660 students sitting in for their professional development memos

  6. Oral Presentation 3:4 • Format • Presentation Length – 30 minutes plus questions. • Emphasis on the process NOT the economics. • Rough distribution of efforts – 20 minutes on overall design, 10 minutes on individual assignment. • You are welcome to observe other teams presentations, but you are NOT required to do so.

  7. Oral Presentation 4:4 • Presentation Rehearsals • I am happy to help with the presentations and review them before you give them, but this is just an offer. You are NOT required to get my approval of the slides.
