Snap It !. The how to guide. Step 1. Open a window Restore Down. Step 2. Open a second window Restore Down. Step 3. Move cursor to top corner When cursor changes to diagonal, drag window to a corner. Step 4. Repeat step 3 on the other window. You did it!. Now you have a split screen.
