  2. For a recurring meeting, or a meeting with a small group of folks comfortable with the tool, you should start 15 minutes early! For a webinar (especially if you have new presenters and / or a large and inexperienced audience) start 30 minutes early! Start your meeting early

Other Helpful Tips… • Designate a specific person to record if you choose to record (remember to make them an organizer). • Have a person on the call who can manage questions and chat from your audience. This person should arrive early to manage technical difficulties too  • Practice your webinar with your other presenters (my webinars, click on practice. Please note: only specified organizers and panelists can practice).
