  10. The Langston brake has very little heat dissipation capacity & experiences excessive pad wear. Similar to car brakes, they are not well suited for continuous-slip tension applications and are maintenance intensive. Langston Upgrade

  12. If the arms can’t be raised high enough, the paper rolls won’t clear the brake cover during installation, which may cause damage or process interruption. Langston Upgrade

  13. To install the V brake, the customer only needs to locate, drill and tap four holes. Mounting studs and brake hub are mounted onto the existing mounting plate. Langston Upgrade
