  4. Patrols by TCF TCF patrols two separate areas for the Forest Park Southeast Community: WUMCRC provides random, targeted residential patrols, focusing on the residential portion of the community. They provide 50 man hours per week in patrols. The Grove CID provides patrols in the entertainment district, The Grove. The patrols focus on safety of patrons and patrons property. TCF patrols here on these days: Thursday – 9pm – 1am Friday- 6pm – 3:30am Saturday- 6pm-3:30am Sunday- 7pm – 11pm
