  5. Why do I Need to Create Reporting Groups? Prior to teachers accessing results for their students, reporting groups need to be created and linked to appropriate teachers • Reporting groups do not need to be created prior to testing • Students can be assigned to multiple reporting groups • Multiple teachers can be assigned to a single reporting group • Teachers can be assigned to multiple reporting groups Purpose: Reporting groups provide teachers with access to On-Demand and Longitudinal Reports for their students.   7. Reporting Groups • From the Home page, under Reports, select Reporting Groups. PearsonAccess Next: Reporting Groups

  8. Find Existing Reporting Groups • To locate existing Reporting Groups, use the Find Reporting Groups field or enter Filters. PearsonAccess Next: Reporting Groups

  9. Create Reporting Groups • Select the dropdown next to Start, select Create / Edit Reporting Groups,and then select Start. PearsonAccess Next: Reporting Groups

  11. View or Add Students to Reporting Group • Select the dropdown next to Start, Add / Remove Student Registrations in Reporting Groups, then select Start. PearsonAccess Next: Reporting Groups

  13. Adding Students to Reporting Groups • Select the checkbox next to each student to add to the selected reporting group. Select Save. • To add additional students to the group use the Find by name or ID. PearsonAccess Next: Reporting Groups

  14. Removing Students from Reporting Groups • Under Assigned Students Registrations, uncheck the box next to the student name(s). • Select Save. Uncheck to remove PearsonAccess Next: Reporting Groups

  15. Assigning Users to Reporting Groups • Select the dropdown next to Start, select Assign Users to Reporting Groups, and then select Start. PearsonAccess Next: Reporting Groups

  17. Deleting Reporting Groups • Students must be removed prior to deleting the group or an error will appear PearsonAccess Next: Reporting Groups
