NDPC/N Program Assessment and Review Concerns • Rate of change is fast paced • Need to continue to address quality as changes are implemented • Increase level of staff and stakeholder involvement to assure continued support and ownership • Complicated governance structure in this county wide effort

NDPC/N Program Assessment and Review Concerns • Need for more flexibility with actual delivery of the virtual (BTOL) curriculum • Clear need for a more systematic gathering of quantifiable data to support program effectiveness and improvement • More attention to the transition of student between alternative and conventional means of education to assure long term success insuring graduation

  5. NDPC/N Program Assessment and Review Recommendations - CBI • Develop a comprehensive tracking system for CBI students • Enhance the CBI curriculum and provide additional behavioral/social resources • Expand existing alternatives to suspension and expulsion to include all associate districts
