  5. Program Support Grows! Credit Unions • Check on the status of your credit unions with the League Reports at: http://www.lovemycreditunion.org/Additional_Invest_In_America_Reports_for_Leagues_272.html • 4th Quarter Endorsing Credit Union checks will be mailed next week • 4th Quarter Endorsing League checks are in the mail

What’s new CUTS Performance Marketing is now part of CUSG! • CUTS was acquired by CUSG in January 2011 to significantly expand the Invest in America program • More discounts for your members: Discounts from best-in-class merchants such as Intuit (TurboTax), Jackson Hewitt, etc. will be added to Invest in America • More resources to increase the effectiveness of your programs: The San Diego based staff will be the IIA Client Relations Team. They will focus on helping credit unions implement and market the program to optimize results • Increased reach and efficiencies: A single source for turnkey product discount programs designed specifically for credit unions. The over 1,000 credit unions that partnered previously with CUTS will be transitioned to the Invest in America program. Link to Press Release

What’s NewWeb/Lobby Videos • Many credit unions have asked for digital media that can be used on their web site or digital lobby displays • Two new videos for use in promoting Sprint and Member Rewards are now available with the Marketing Materials • Designed to be used with or with out sound • Two options available • Videos for embedding in CU’s web site • Downloadable High Res version for digital lobby displays http://lmcu.cubetvonline.com/FP3/index.php?channel=44

What’s NewVendor Marketing Support • Sprint and DIRECTV want to support you by participating in credit union events such annual meetings and lobby days by providing local representation • Credit unions should email IIA at info@LoveMyCreditUnion.org if they are interested in having a Sprint or DIRECTV representative attend their event • IIA will coordinate with Sprint and DIRECTV to provide a representative where possible • CUSG representatives are available to present IIA and Sprint at League educational events • Interested leagues should contact their IIA National Business Consultant or e-mail info@LoveMyCreditUnion.org

UpdateCredit Union IIA Agreements • Agreements will be simplified to one level of support - Participation • Letters will be sent this month to participating credit unions who have agreement anniversaries in 1st quarter or 2nd quarter 2011 terminating the Endorsement level of support • These credit unions will be paid through June 30, 2011 • The remaining credit unions will receive notice at least 30 days prior to their anniversary date and be paid through the quarter of their endorsement anniversary date • Leagues will receive a copy of the letter and a list of affected credit unions in their state • Going forward incentive dollars will be put back into national marketing efforts for more effective use of funds • Sprint agreements are not affected • League agreements are not affected

UpdateGM Loan Pre-Approval Find a Credit Union tab added below Find a Dealer • GM is providing an opportunity for participating credit unions to have a link to their loan page and application from the GM Credit Union Discount micro site • Easily directs members via web link back to credit union for loan pre-approval • IIA will manage the link information • E-blast to credit unions to obtain link information • Monthly updates with additions and changes GM Credit Union Micro Site

UpdateAutoNation Direct • Expanding into Arizona, California, Georgia, Nevada and Washington State in April 2011 • Affected states should attend April 27 webinar (2pm EST) to learn more • Access instructions were provided in previous e-mail • Offer includes: • Up front pricing with discounts up to 15% from publicly published prices • Certified pre-owned vehicles include a 135-point inspection, 3-day/150 mile (whichever comes first) money back guarantee and a 60-day Unlimited Millage Limited Powertrain Warranty • White Glove Service throughout the entire process • Online, over the phone or at the dealership • Unbiased, expert information for members to make an educated purchase decision • Delivery at credit union or dealership (takes less than an hour) • Direct members back to credit union to arrange financing • Provide a positive Member experience
