  2. A.I.M. TIMELINE Only 1 AIM class per year…

Bible Training & Practical Preparation • Two 8-week terms ; 12 Core Bible Courses - 600 hours of classroom instruction - Small group participation & leadership - Public Speaking - One-on-one Bible studies • Area Churches utilized as “hands-on” laboratory • Various Recruiting & Training trips • Formed into field-specific AIM teams 1st Stage Lubbock August through December

Team Building & Missions Preparation Mission Term Orientation (cultural experience): - No electronics, driving or eating out  Missions Preparation &Training: - Team Building / Team Dynamics - Emphasis on Evangelism, Personal Study - Mexico City Culture/Heart Experience - Continued Preparation for Fields 2nd Stage Lubbock January through April

  5. Jesus said, “Go… On Field for 14 -18 Months Experienced Missionaries Share & Teach Jesus… 3rd Stage …into all the world.”

  7. 10,000 Miles traveled in eight months… Average Age of Each Student 40 Average Class Size 2 19 Year Program 600 Hours of Classroom Instruction 1,500 Number of AIM Students Sent Out

  8. 70% of our youth, when leaving home for college, walk away from their faith. [stats provided by J.Smith, SIBI] • 7o%+ of AIM alum remain faithful following their missions experience. [survey based on 10 yr. cycle] • ¼ of AIM students stay/go into full-time ministry.
