    1. Notes: I am very pleased to be here today and thank you for the invitation. This is my first visit to Geneseo and I am impressed with how beautiful the campus is. I want to thank Michael Lynch for arranging this talk and to the Psychology department for hosting me. Today I would like to speak with you about a program of research that I have been involved with over the past 7 years with David Olds from the University of Colorado and other colleagues from Cornell and the Univ. of R. I would like to recognize Charles Izzo, a post-doctoral associate and Lyscha M., a grad. Student who helped me prepare for this talk - especially with the slides, since powerpoint is not my strong suit.Notes: I am very pleased to be here today and thank you for the invitation.
