  2. SYNERGISE It is termed as ONE of the SEVEN HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE by Mr.STEPHEN R.COVEY The habit is “SYNERGISE” It is the habit of TEAM WORK.

  3. SYNERGISE SYNERGY is the essence of principle-centred leadership. It catalyzes, unifies and unleashes the greatest powers within the people. It simply means THE WHOLE IS GREATER THAN THE SUM OF ITS PARTS. i.e. 1+1 > 2.

  4. SYNERGISE IF YOU PLANT TWO PLANTS CLOSE TOGETHER, THE ROOTS COMINGLE AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE SOIL SO THAT BOTH PLANTS WILL GROW BETTER THAN IF THEY WERE SEPERATED. SYNERGY IS EVERYWHERE IN NATURE.

  5. SYNERGISE • Synergy is the team work, team building, the development of unity and creativity with other human beings. • We can be synergetic within ourselves even in the midst of a very adversarial environment. We don’t have to take the insults personally. • We can sidestep negative energy; We can look for the good in others and utilize that good to improve our point of view and to enlarge our perspective.

  6. SYNERGISE • We can value the difference in other people. • When some one disagrees with us, we can say “Good, you see it differently”. We do not have to agree with them; but we can seek to understand. • When we see only 2 alternatives – ours & the ‘wrong’ one – we can look for a synergistic third alternative. • There is always almost a third alternative, and if we work with a WIN-WIN philosophy and really seek to understand, we usually can find a solution that will be better for everyone concerned.

  7. SYNERGISE • Valuing the differences is the essence of synergy - the mental, the emotional, the psychological differences in the people. • The key to valuing those differences is to realize that all people see the world , not as it is, but as they are. • Synergy is particularly powerful in dealing with “NEGATIVE FORCES” that work against growth and change in FORCE FIELD ANALYSIS (Developed by Sociologist Kurt Lewin)
