  1. ATFWG Report ISAS Meeting August 15, 2012 Salt Lake City Amy Lubick - NWMT

  2. No workgroup meeting in August • We did not hold an official ATFWG meeting in conjunction with this ISAS meeting as topics of discussion and agenda items were minimal.

  3. ATF Tag Guideline • Language changed from retired ATF Criterion to new Guideline. • Sub-Group revamped into Guideline. • Discussed at April ISAS meeting and decided to post for comment.

  4. ATF Tag Guideline • May 9, 2012: Posted for 30 day Comment. • June 13, 2012: ATFWG held conference call to discuss comments. • June 19, 2012: Response to Comments posted on WECC site. • June 22, 2012: Revised Guideline and Agenda for 6/27 meeting posted on WECC site. • June 27, 2012: Second conference call to further discuss comments. • Group voted to send Guideline for approval at August ISAS meeting. • 11 yes; 1 abs

  5. ATF Tag Guideline • June 29, 2012 - WECC notified ISAS that approval items for this meeting had been posted. • Including - ATF Tag Guideline • MOTION: Approve After-the-Fact Tagging Guideline

  6. ATFWG Contact List • Performed semi-annual review of members and contact information in July/August. • Updated list has been submitted to WECC.

  7. Tracking ATF Tags • Currently working on method to track and analyze ATF tags. • Provide analysis on uses of ATF tags, parties utilizing them, issues outstanding.

  8. Up Next ~ ATF Manual Guideline • Will review and revise the ATF Manual Guideline. • Will establish a Sub-Group of the ATFWG to lead this effort. • Establish sub-group by 8/31/2012 • Hold monthly conference calls to discuss and present revisions at January 2013 ISAS meeting.
