  2. Main contents • Motivations and objectives: • Geo-location is a key point in emergencies. So interoperability should enhance geo-location. Attention should be paid to interconnection of new NG112 products with hold systems (as then ones many times occurring outside Europe), that are not able to manage the data flows typically occurring in advanced telecommunication systems. • In the case of advanced communication systems mobile and internet-based systems are an excellent network of sensors used by citizen (even if rarely used in an emergency situation), where sometimes the position of incoming call sometimes is more important than its content. We think that the 4D (Space and Time) selection of incoming calls should be is a innovative feature to enhance the contribution of social networks and to manage data flow. • Expertise: • To analyse and develop an engine and interface to manage template, datacentre and data flow in a Spatial Data Infrastructure and Web Based Decision Support System (C4IS) • Relevant Experience: • ONU WFP: World Food Programme • GRASP & geoSDI Integration GeoreferencedRealtimeAcquisitionion of Statistic Platform & geo Spatial Data Infrastructure • SITDPC • Spatial data Infrastructure for Civil Protection Department
