Approches Teamworkshas allowed the : • Creation of a personal profile and manage it over a knowledge sharing platformof the social network type: coordinates, photo, CV, Email, etc. • Creation of itsownprojectspaceto enableit to communicate • Joining of groups at the global, regional, national and office levels as well as thematic groups and projects, withdifferentlevels of access • Access to availableresources via research (experts, colleagues, projects, job opportunities, reports, etc.) • Sharing of contents (documents, articles, videos, events, photos, discussions, etc.);
