  3. UT System Chancellor’s Framework • Undergraduate Student Access and Success measures • Number of degrees: demographics; 4-year grad rates – FT/FT and transfer • Financial impact: cost; student debt burden • Blended & online learning

  4. UT System’s Goals for UTSA • Full-time/first time rates in 10 years: • 4-year graduation rate ≥37% • 6-year graduation rate ≥ 65% • UTSA’s current non-CAP (“native”) success rates • Freshman to Sophomore Retention – 71% • Four-Year Graduation Rate - 12%
