  • Display the slide after which you want to insert slides from another presentation

  • In the Slides group on the Home tab, click the New Slide button arrow, and then click Reuse Slides to display the Reuse Slides task pane

  • In the task pane, click the Browse button, and then click Browse File to open the Browse dialog box

  • Navigate to the location of the presentation that contains the slides you want to insert, click the file, and then click the Open button

  • In the task pane, make sure the Keep source formatting check box is not selected, toforce the inserted slides to use the theme in the current presentation or click the Keep source formatting check box to retain the theme of the slides you want to import

  • In the task pane, click each slide that you want to insert into the current presentation

  • In Normal view, display the slide in which you want to insert the video in the Slide pane; or in Slide Master view, display the layout master in which you want to insert the video

  • In Normal view, in a content placeholder, click the Insert Media Clip button; or in Normal or Slide Master view, click the Insert tab on the Ribbon, and then in the Media group, click the Video button

  • In the Insert Video dialog box, navigate to the folder containing the video, click the video file, and then click the Insert button

  • Change the slide layout to one of the content layouts, and then click the Insert Chart button in the content placeholder to open the Insert Chart dialog box; or click the Insert tab, and then, in the Illustrations group, click the Chart button to open the Insert Chart dialog box

  • Click one of the chart icons in the Insert Chart gallery, and then click the OK button

  • In the Excel worksheet that opens, edit the information in the worksheet for the data that you want to plot

  • In the Excel window, click the Close button

  • Click the Design tab on the Ribbon

  • In the Themes group, click the More button, and then click Save Current Theme to open the Save Current Theme dialog box with Office Theme already selected in the Save as type box; or click the File tab, in the navigation bar click Save As to open the Save As dialog box, click the Save as type arrow, and then click Office Theme
