Some of the basic amenities that are needed include a 24x7 supply of electricity, access to water etc.

  3. Parking Problems with Apartments In today’s time, having a personal vehicle is an absolute necessity. Be it a two wheeler, or a four wheeler, generally, most people have at least one of these or both of these. With more and more people considering apartments as their dwelling, securing a parking space is becoming a problem. So, when buying an apartment, ensure that the compound has ample parking space.
