  6. EVERYONE has to do Duty If our classroom cleanliness remains in such a bad state, we would be kicked out of this classroom and be moved to the classroom at a corner near the canteen. That classroom has NO facilities. Please do your duty everyone before we get sent there.

  7. Demerit Points Class Committee members would be monitoring who has and has not done duty. People who do not duty would have their names recorded down and given to MrLum. Demerit Points would be given. Also, there would not be any chances given as several warnings and reminders have been already given.

  8. Swapping of duty If you have any problems with carrying out your duty on a particular day, please inform any of the CMC Members in advance, and not after the day, and find someone to swap your duty with on that day.

  9. New Duty Roster Every one would only need to do duty once every two weeks.

  10. Eating or Drinking in Class • Please note that eating and drinking in class is NOT ALLOWED • Those caught doing so would also get demerit points • *Note: Even though it is after school or during recess, eating and drinking in class is also not allowed

  11. Staying in the class after school • Staying in the class after school without official reasons such as lessons or without permission from teachers if NOT ALLOWED. • If you have afternoon lessons (eg. English Lessons), please ensure that you do not mess up the class. • Those caught staying back in class without official reasons just to LAN would be reported to MrLum too.

  12. New Duty Roster • Please familiarise yourselves with the new duty roster and take note of the days you would need to do duty. • Those caught not doing duty would be given demerit points, as stated earlier.

  13. Results • We were 5th in the whole Sec 2 cohortfor Term 1 • This is a good sign • Study groups is held to help those who are weaker in studies

  14. Study Session • A new initiative by the 2A4 CMC • Details subject to change according to i/c • When? • Monday ~ Thusday • 1-45pm ~ 4.30pm • Where? • Library • Who are involved? • EVERYONE in the class (optional) • Will there be teachers around? • No. But there would be people put as i/cs

  15. End of Term Activity • Please give suggestions on what End-Of-Term activitiy we should hold this term. • Last Term was bowling so please suggest a new one this term.
