Grantees’ role Comply with the grant’s timeline – 31 October 2014 or early To promptly provide feedback requested by the Auditors and Consultants doing the Final Evaluation and on other reports Submit drafts of the products for review as soon as possible Submit final products and exit/completion grant report

  7. RMCH role Inform in advance about the closure phase activities RMCH to guide grantees through the process of documentation, packaging, dissemination and distribution To promptly provide feedback on drafts reports/products Sign off of the grants products Final payment/refund in December
