  3. I tilfælde af Incidents er Service Desk medarbejderen ansvarlig for at sikre genetablering af det normale serviceniveau så hurtigt som muligt og med mindst mulig afbrydelse for brugerne. Service Desk medarbejderne skal: • 2nd line supporter
