  3. Know you are not alone Jeremiah: “I have been deprived of peace …My splendour is gone and all that I had hoped from the LORD. I remember my affliction and my wandering, the bitterness and the gall. I well remember them, and my soul is downcast within me.”

Why is light given to those in misery? Why is life given to those who are bitter, to those who long for death that does not come? What I feared has come upon me; what I dreaded has happened to me. I have no peace, no quietness; I have no rest, but only turmoil ... I loathe my life”
